Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 September 2026

These terms apply when you use Feedframer ("we", "us"), including the website, dashboard, REST API, GraphQL API and RSS feeds. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

Your account

  • Give us accurate details and keep your password and API key private. You are responsible for activity under your account and key.
  • You may only connect Instagram accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
  • You must be at least 16 to use Feedframer.

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Break the law, Instagram's Terms of Use or Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
  • Use Feedframer to publish content you do not have the right to use.
  • Try to get around plan limits, access other users' data, or disrupt, overload or probe the service.
  • Resell access to the service without our consent.

Your content

You keep all rights to your Instagram content. You give us permission to fetch, store, resize and serve it only as needed to provide the service to you.

Plans and payment

The free plan and paid plans have the limits shown on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give you notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.

Availability

We work to keep Feedframer fast and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. The service depends on Instagram's API, and changes Meta makes may limit or break features. We may change or remove features as the service develops.

Suspension and closure

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profit or business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do; we will email account holders about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
